Day 25 of 28: A Detox Update

I am on the 25th day of my 28 day detox diet. After a couple very strict weeks, I am glad to be eating some grains and chicken again! I’ve been pretty good about having my daily macronutrients drink, despite its graininess and overall “blehness” of taste. I’m also taking a detox vitamin supplement, probiotics, and Vitamin D. I’ve seen some good improvements in my health, although my doctor was not completely happy with my inconsistent energy levels. So…I might have to do the detox diet a bit longer than 28 days. But it actually isn’t too bad, I sometimes am almost relieved to have my food options limited so much, so I don’t have to make a lot of choices! : )
